MODEL 824-02 - RIGHT HAND, MODEL 825-02 - LEFT HAND The Burford® Spray Applicator is designed to spray a variety of liquids directly onto the tops of products to provide a unique look. This system can be ordered for spot spraying or for continuous coverage. The portable pump cart comes with an optional cantilever arm that can be pivoted out of the way when moving to sanitation. The Model 824-02 has been updated to include an insulated and jacketed tank complete with sanitary fittings. It can circulate chilled water from the plant or incorporate the optional stand-alone chiller system Model C824. -
Hot cross buns are crossed automatically with the Burford HC-1 Hot Cross Bun Applicator. The HC-1 briefly stops the pan to make the application across the pan. As the pan is released and moving, the finishing part of the cross is made.
