MODEL DC5200 - RIGHT HAND, MODEL DC5300 - LEFT HAND The Burford® Smart Shaker is designed with integrated pan clamps that center dough pieces by using orbital, in-line or hardway motion. Depending on your product configuration the Smart Shaker can be programmed for the specific motion that will provide the best results. The Model DC5200 has been updated to move the clamping mechanism from overhead to underneath. MODEL 824-02 - RIGHT HAND, MODEL 825-02 - LEFT HAND The Burford® Spray Applicator is designed to spray a variety of liquids directly onto the tops of products to provide a unique look. This system can be ordered for spot spraying or for continuous coverage. The portable pump cart comes with an optional cantilever arm that can be pivoted out of the way when moving to sanitation. The Model 824-02 has been updated to include an insulated and jacketed tank complete with sanitary fittings. It can circulate chilled water from the plant or incorporate the optional stand-alone chiller system Model C824. -

This system was designed for use with the Model 824-02 Spray Applicator and can also be used with other product lines. -
Split top bread and rolls are easily produced using the Burford Water Splitter. An accurately applied stream of low pressure water splits the proofed product, producing an attractive product with special appeal.
